First of all, it is far too early right now. No one will admit you tocollegeat 13, because it is not clear that you will develop into the kind of player acollegewould want yet. First of all, unless you are well over 6' tall, you would have to extraordinarily good. However, what you can do is to keep yourself in the public eye. Being in the regionals is good, and hopefully eventually you could get into nationals and try for things like summer basketball camps in the states. The problem with being in Canada is that most coaches don't naturally look for players there, so you won't be noticed by scouts unless you put yourself into places where scouts hang out. I suspect you may live near Niagara, since its basketball team is clearly NOT in a league with the others you mention. If that is the case, though, you may want to look to see if they have anything like basketball camps which you could attend, since I know that they take a high number of Canadian students.

Secondly, if you get a basketball scholarship for a school in the states, it will come from that school, not from Canada. They are allowed to offer a certain number of scholarships to student/athletes each year - no one in Canada has anything to do with that.
