For people that prefercollegeb-ball to pro (year round, not just March Madness) don't you like the fact that coaches do a job of keeping the players under control and teaching the young men (and all the rest of us) valuable life lessons in the process?

Coaches I think do matter...although you don't have many like the old John Wooden or Bob Knight types that run their programs with no interference, etc.
As for the referees, if I know their names they ain't doing their job. I don't watchcollegeball to see the refs, they need to just do their thing.
